Breakfast Time

The smell of eggs and bacon wafted through the house. Rasmus had gotten up that morning, done his workouts, showered and now was in the process of making breakfast. The fruits were all laid out and ready to go in the blender for his smoothies. Not just one smoothie, but two. He found he enjoyed feeding his lioness. Ruby probably would've eaten whatever he gave her out of devotion to him but his smoothies were some of his best work and he wasn't a horrible chef, though nothing he made would ever appear on Food Network unless they did some sort of weird celebrity thing.

He was also nude, not having bothered to get dressed after toweling off. Why should he? Ruby was the only one around and he liked her looking at him just as she liked him looking at her. With a deft hand he flipped the eggs in the skillet. Almost ready.

Ruby was in the shower when she smelled breakfast. She closed her eyes and took in the aroma before she dried her body off. Walking around naked was nothing to her these days. It was just how things were in the house and now it just seemed natural to do so. Today, she pulled on a pair of lace panties she had just recently bought them and wanted to see if he'd like them. Even if he did prefer her naked, didn't mean he couldn't appreciate a piece of material either. Her bare feet moved down the stairs and into the kitchen. "Morning," she murmured as she leaned against the counter to watch him.

Rasmus heard Ruby enter the kitchen but kept his attention focused on the food, scooping everything up with a spatula and transferring it over to plates before turning around and seeing her for the first time that morning. She was always sexy, but he never got tired of seeing her. His eyes traveled up and down her body, soaking in her white gold skin and stopping at the lacy panties she was wearing. Sexy as hell but she knew his rules. This wasn't like the teasing she'd put him through that one time though in an effort to get rough sex and he knew she wasn't deliberately flouting his authority.

But she was disobeying him and she would be punished for it. A mischievous grin spread across his face as he decided exactly how and he closed the distance between them, pulling her away from the counter and into his body, pressing them together, letting her feel his arousal poking her in the belly. Crushing their lips together, he kissed her, large hands exploring her back, holding her to him possessively before breaking away. “Morning.”

Ruby adored waking up to Rasmus everyday. She had never thought she'd be the type of person to enjoy someone lying next to her each night either. She was a one night and I'm done kind of girl but here she was in love with a man of which she was living with. Not to mention, she was his lioness now and had been for almost a month and half. Her arms wrapped around his neck when he pressed their bodies together, smiling against his kiss. His arousal against her skin made her own desire rise for him. Not that she didn't have it already. It was like this small amount that she just had with her. Always there ready to be switched with a flick of a button so to speak.

When he broke away and said morning, she simply smirked before bitting her lip. She danced her fingers down his chest before her eyes moved from his to the food. "What'd you make?" she asked curiously before kissing the corner of his mouth softly. He was a good cook for a man she thought. He was always cooking food for them and rather liked it. Who said a woman had to do all the cooking? She did however do the grocery shopping but she rather liked doing that. Gave her a sense of responsibility.

He wanted to throw her down, bend her over the counter top, rip off those panties and take her right then and there. But then the food would get cold so instead Rasmus settled for pulling a hand lazily around from behind her back to squeeze gently at one of her perfect breasts before releasing her and turning back to readying breakfast.

Ruby already knew what he was cooking, the smell of bacon and eggs hung heavily in the room, unmistakable to one with their senses. He put the food on a pair of plates and held it out for her to see and enjoy a closer whiff of the aroma before carrying the food over to the kitchen table and setting them down. “What have you got going on today?” he asked sitting down and taking a bite, indicating it was alright for her to start to eat as well.

Ruby smirked softly when he squeezed one of her breasts. Then she was released as he tended to finishing breakfast. Yeah, she had asked him what he had made though she already knew. It was just a habit sometimes to ask things. She watched for the moments it took him to finish then plate out the food. She followed him to the table, waited for him to take a bite before she knew it was okay to eat too. When it was, she took a bite. She closed her eyes and savored the flavor. "Mmm, very delicious," she murmured before her eyes turned to him.

She shrugged softly in thought. "Nothing really," she answered, which was true. She took another bite before she spoke again. "You, babe?" she asked almost sweetly. She hoped he'd say nothing. His games were taking up some of his time and she was missing their time together terribly. She wondered when it would be safe again to talk about the L word with him. He didn't mind it so much it seemed when she told him she loved him but she'd get him to say it back eventually. It may not be today or tomorrow or even this week, but in the future he'll come around and say it to her.

She shifted in her seat, moving to sit indian style on the chair. Ruby was small enough that she did it with ease. She swept a piece of hair behind her eat before moving her eyes from her plate to look at him. The gaze was adoring and sweet, keeping it there until he spoke again.

“Not a whole lot,” he replied after swallowing the bacon he'd been crunching on. If he weren't already a werelion bacon was reason enough alone never to become a vegetarian. There were things that needed doing later that afternoon but nothing immediately pressing. He looked over to Ruby, admiring the way she sat while silently asking why she wanted to know.

She was after something, and he wasn't quite sure what it was. Another idea like her talent agency? He wasn't sure whether or not he'd be willing to discuss funding another idea like that that yet after her getting so excited and then not going through with it. Rasmus wasn't angry or upset, just cautious about putting up a large deal of money for something she might lose interest in. Maybe it was something else? No way was he letting her drive his hummer but she knew that. Maybe she was wanting a new, nice car of her own?

That made sense to him. They'd need to start looking for a proper vehicle for her to drive in. Something efficient and sleek. He took a bite of his eggs, mind wandering through lists of makes and models that might appeal to Ruby while remaining within his price range.
